Swimmer boarders enjoy two breakfasts per training day: one before a morning session in the boarding session and then a second in the dining hall after they have finished!

Lunch is taken as part of the whole College community and then swimmers enjoy an evening meal with their own specialist chef, on an evening and who works tirelessly to ensure that all of the specific and necessary nutritional requirements are met on a day-to-day basis.

The swimming boarding houses are stocked with cereal and fresh fruit each day and athletes are educated with regards to supplementation and planning their nutrition around meets and camps.
