Running

The programme runs two sessions per week and each of these sessions lasts for one and half hours.

In addition to this the students have two sessions per week of combined shooting and running coaching sessions of between one and two hours.

Coaching is provided by Dr. Simon Anderson himself and accomplished athlete, assisted by Josh Lake and our very own Ironman Andrew Norris.

Plymouth College trains on its own grounds and at the brickfield athletics tracks.
