Year 5 and 6 impress in Spoken English Competition

We were treated to an exceptional standard of delivery at the Year 5 and 6 Spoken English Competition on Thursday evening. A massive thank you to Mrs Murphy for organising it and for our guest judges, Ms Blunden-Currie (Head of English) and Mr Carr (Deputy Head Teaching and Learning), who came from the Senior School to decide on our winners.

All pupils displayed confidence and presentation skills beyond their years as they discussed topics as varied as global warming, happiness, Brexit, the family pet and what they would do with a billion pounds. It was a wonderful evening that displayed the enthusiasm and confidence of our Prep School pupils.
