French Café for Reception - 12/1/09

Reception ended the first week of term by turning their classroom into a French Café. 

 

  Sitting down for breakfast they had croissants, pain au chocolat, French bread, ham, Brie, Camembert, hot chocolate and orange juice. 

 

The children learnt the words for the food they ate and to say 'yes', 'please' and 'no thank you' in French.  After playtime, the interactive whiteboard was used to watch the Three Billy Goats Gruff and Little Red Riding Hood in French.
