Year 2 visit Stone Farm - 13/10/09

Year 2 pupil, Anna, has written the following report…

 "On the 18th of September Year 2 went to Stone Farm. First we went on the minibus and then we saw the cows being milked in the milking parlour. We saw how much milk the cows had produced, all the milk was in a big tank. Then we saw the calves being fed milk and the cows feed being mixed up.

 We went for a walk and picked some turnips, after we had a ride on the trailer behind a tractor. After lunch we went to the maize field and went back to school."
