Plymouth College pupil. Lily Spry, 13, has clinched the
individual runners up rosette in the National Schools One Day Event
held at Stonar School in Wiltshire. With a dressage score of
33, the Modern Pentathlon scholar missed out on the top sport by
just 1.5 penalties.
Competing against 23 teams from all over the country, Lily was
one of four Plymouth College pupils taking part. Three double
clear rounds earned the school team 5th place
overall.
Three of the four team members will travel to Buckinghamshire in
December where they will take part in the National Schools Jumping
with Style Championships.
