Inaugural rugby dinner attended by Albion players

Plymouth College's inaugural Junior Rugby Dinner, attended by
more than 130 pupils, parents and staff, was a huge success. After
a splendid dinner of chilli and chocolate fudge cake, the Awards
were presented by Aaron Carpenter, Plymouth Albion and Canadian
World Cup Number 8, assisted by Plymouth College's under 13s coach
and Albion player, Ruari Cushion.
The school's junior rugby sides have had a superb season with
the under 13s crowned West Devon Champions and under 14s West Devon
Runners Up. The under 15s have improved significantly and
have won six of their matches.
Head of Rugby Richard Edwards said: "It was a fantastic evening.
The support for the event was very encouraging and it clearly has a
place in the Plymouth College calendar in the future."
