Resident Girls' Boarding House Parent

Required for January 2015, in a co-educational house.
Full time, non-teaching.
Term time with additional hours in the school holidays.
A full driving licence is essential.

The position will suit an enthusiastic candidate who has a desire to live in and work alongside young people aged 11 to 18, the ability to engage with them on their level, and who will actively inspire our pupils by contributing to the wide range of activities we offer. As an integral part of the College's boarding staff and the department to which you are assigned, you will be required to provide quality care and pastoral support to our pupils, especially those on our athlete programmes.

Maternity Cover
Full Time 0830 - 1630 with half and hour for lunch.
Salary in the region of £18,000 depending on experience.

AAT preferred but not essential.  Sage and Office experience essential.  Good telephone manner required and the ability to make decisions.

This is an interesting and varied appointment in a busy role that encompasses two distinct yet comparable positions.  The post is required from Monday 12 January 2015 to Monday 8 February 2016.
