Silver medal for Millie at National Elite Junior Series

Year 8 fencer, Millie Andrews, travelled to Oundle School, Peterborough, to compete in the National Elite Junior Series. Fencing in the U14 category, Millie delivered a clean sweep by winning all six of her poule fights to be ranked no.2 going into the direct elimination rounds.

After receiving a bye, Millie won a further four elimination fights to reach the final where she took the silver medal.

This second podium position in the Elite Series this year, sees Millie ranked 6th in the under 17’s National rankings.
