'Rough Crossing' actors visit Plymouth College

Plymouth College was delighted to have the opportunity to welcome Rob Ostlere, Vicki Davids, Douglas Clarke-Wood and Charlie Stemp, actors from the touring production of Tom Stoppard’s ‘Rough Crossing’, which is in the Theatre Royal, Plymouth, until Saturday 23rd March. The actors gave an informal talk to the aspiring performers at Plymouth College, focusing on their own experiences as professional actors and answering questions from the pupils about the many different aspects of being a professional performer. The actors shared many funny stories and also gave lots of useful advice to pupils about more serious topics, such as dealing with rejection and how to cope with nerves. The talk was also attended by some Holby City fans who were thrilled to chat to Rob about his time on the show!
