Sargents in starring show in House Drama competition

The annual House Drama competition took place on a hot summer afternoon. The actors were given the first and last line to include in their performances, but had to devise the rest of the script themselves. Each performance was incredibly different, demonstrating the many different creative directions that can be explored using the same beginning and end. Some Houses chose to devise serious pieces with a clear message, whilst other opted for a comedy performance that had the audience in stitches! The commitment and effort of the pupils was clear and made for a very enjoyable afternoons entertainment.

Best Actress was awarded to Velvet Prowse and Best Actor to Lex Irish.
