Plymouth College is delighted to announce that it has been selected as a finalist for a prestigious accolade, The Independent Schools of the Year Award for International Student Experience.
With pupils coming from over 30 different countries in recent years, it is an award that we are particularly proud of. Speaking to some of the students themselves, when you ask them how life is different here to their home country, overwhelmingly they comment on the sense on community that exists within the school.

Mrs Hayward said, “I am enormously proud of this accomplishment which speaks volumes for every area of the school. Not only does it highlight our fantastic boarding provision but also the total inclusive nature of the entire school community. This year has been particularly tricky to navigate, especially for all our international students, and we have worked hard to help and support both them and their families during this time. This national recognition serves to highlight what we have achieved so far but we firmly believe that there is always more to do as we strive to continue to give every pupil the best possible experience.”
