Abagael Black, Year 10 fencer, faced an experienced senior and veteran field in the RAF Open at RAF Cosford on Saturday.
Abagael fenced well and was ranked No.1 after the first poule and 3rd after the second poule, beating the eventual gold medallist twice!
Abagael narrowly lost out in a place in the final achieving a well-deserved bronze medal. A great achievement and Abagael is now enjoying CCF Camp!
