Kenyan swimmer, Achieng Ajulu-Bushell, has claimed two gold medals at the South African Championships, an outdoor altitude event.
Named Kenya’s ‘Most Promising Female Athlete’ earlier this year, Achieng adds her latest medals to her two golds won at the African Senior Swimming Championships just before Christmas.
Achieng has been part of the Plymouth College/Plymouth Leander elite swimming programme for two years.
In other swimming news, Jonathan Hill recently took part in the Senior South African Championships in East London, and Christian Homer represented Trinidad in the CARIFTA (Caribbean Championships).
