Calves, piglets, rabbits and goats were just some of the animals the Reception classes were able to pet when they visited Pennywell Farm.
They joined in with feeding the kids and deer, had a go at pond-dipping for tadpoles and newts and went on a train ride.
A very enjoyable day was had by all.
