After cancelled matches against Kelly and Stover because of waterlogged pitches, Plymouth College Preparatory School's U11 football team were keen to get the season off to a good start in their match against Mount House.
Max Herbert and Alex Rose scored 4 goals each while Alex Ratsey and captain Harris Habib's superb long-range efforts sealed a comprehensive win. This could have been a lot more but for the excellent saves by the Mount House goal keeper.
There was some very good flowing football and the boys will need to be at the top of their game in their next match against Exeter Junior School.
