The children at Plymouth College Preparatory School were delighted to get a visit from diving star, Tom Daley, earlier this week.
Tom, who attends Plymouth College's senior school, spoke at the prep school assembly about how he got into diving, what he loves about the sport and how scary it can be at the top of the 10m board!
The excited children then got to ask him lots of questions about his favourite dives, his training and what goes through his mind when he dives.
"I really enjoyed the assembly", said Tom. "The children's enthusiasm was great and they asked some really interesting questions".
