Plymouth College elite swimmer, Achieng Ajulu-Bushell, 16, has added the 100m breaststroke British title to her 50m breaststroke title and secured her place to swim for Great Britain and England respectively in the European Championships and Commonwealth Games later this year.
The clear victory and personal best of 1:08.51 in the 100m at the British Swimming Championships held in Sheffield came just a few days after Achieng won her first-ever British title in the 50m and the announcement that she will no longer swim for Kenya - the dual-nationality athlete will represent Great Britain for the first time at the European Championships in Budapest in August followed by a swim for England at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in October.
