Plymouth College Preparatory School House Hockey was played this year at Brickfields, providing the girls with an opportunity to test their skills to the limit.
Sellon were deprived of their dynamic forward player, Hannah, and had to borrow players from other teams. They played spirited games with some excellent play by Priscilla and Sophie but failed to score any goals. Sellon lost 2 and drew 1.
Wantage had the advantage of speed from Harriet and Melissa, and strong defence from Roxy and Aylish. They all played really well and managed to draw against Sellon. Wantage lost 2 and drew 1.
Downtown played exceptional hockey throughout the tournament. They maintained an amazing streak right up until the final match. Excellent play throughout by all players. Downton won 2 and lost.
Pusey dominated all the matches they played with intelligent play by Phoebe, Lauren and Brooke in attack: superb midfield play by Bella and excellent defence by Jojo. All their efforts ensured that they won all their matches and were the tournament winners.
